Habitat There are many different types of penguins. Some penguins that live in warm areas like to make there nests in holes in the ground. The chicks are very safe on there preditors. In the coldest places there are no plants. So penguins take rocks to make their nests..

What Emperor penguins eat!!! Emperor penguins can eat 3 or more types of fish. The fish that emperor penguins eat is fish, squid, and krill. Krill is a very small type of fish so they have to get a lot of krill to eat.

Penguin’s Feathers Penguin feathers are very small and tight packed. There are more than 70 feathers per square inch. The feathers overlap and are coated with oil, and this makes it water proof.
