Getting to know your base group Greece

Geologic feature Greece has many geological features. There are mountains all around of Greece. Also there is an ocean front that surrounds the southern half. Greece has many geological features. There are mountains all around of Greece. Also there is an ocean front that surrounds the southern half.

Geological event This is a picture of Zakinthos one of the islands in Greece. My parents were visiting around 1980 and they lived through a earthquake. Thankfully it did not have much of an Impact although many houses and building had to be rebuild.

Geological event that influenced the world On May 18, 1980, the volcano called Mount St. Helens erupted and it was the most economically and most deadly volcanic eruption in the U.S. About fifty people died and about 200 homes and 27 bridges were destroyed. Also 14 miles of trees were destroyed.
