Basic Skills  Dependability:  if you’re sick, call in ASAP **  Don’t go to work sick

 Punctuality  Be on time or a few minutes early  Flexibility  You’re asked to move to a different department, be excited, challenge yourself

 Productivity  Cooperate with others Keep busy  Accuracy  If you give someone the wrong change, tell supervisor ASAP

Business Ethics  Diversity  Company allows time off for religious reasons.  Professionalism  How you dress  If an employee is acting inappropriately – speak to privately What are proper ways to dress for a job?
