The Eyes of God are Watching YOU! Prov. 15:1-3

Prov.15:1-3 1 A soft answer turneth away wrath: but grievous words stir up anger. 2 The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness. 3 The eyes of the Lord are in every place, beholding the evil and the good.

Look what God’s Word says about

He Knows Everything He Can do Anything He chooses! He Is Everywhere!

The All-Seeing Eyes of God Proverbs 15:3 – “The eyes of the Lord are in every place/ “keeping watch on the evil and the good” Hebrews 4:13 – “there is no creature hidden from His sight” “to whom we must give account” Jeremiah 32:19 – “your eyes are open to all the ways of the sons of men” “to give everyone according to his ways and according to the fruit of his doings” cf. 2 Cor. 5:10 11

God Knows Us Psalms 139:1-16 – “O Lord, You have searched me and known me” I Samuel 16:7 – “the Lord looks at the heart” Matthew 15:8-9 – “their heart is far from Me” Luke 12:6-7 – “the very hairs of your head are all numbered” 12

Nothing is Hidden from God Luke 12:1-5 – “there is nothing hidden that will not be known” Matthew 6:1-4 – “your Father who sees in secret” 13

You and I cannot hide from God Some have tried, but did not succeed!

Consider: Adam & Eve Jonah Genesis 3:7-10 – “hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God” Jonah Jonah 1:1-3 – “But Jonah arose to flee to Tarshish from the presence of the Lord” 15

In view of this, what must we do? Live to please Him! Colossians 1:9-10 – “you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him” II Chronicles 16:9 – “the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth” Job 1:6-8 – “Have you considered my servant Job” II Corinthians 5:9-10 – “we make it our aim… to be well pleasing to Him” 16

Today ..what God demands of us! Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord. May 24, 2015!

Eph. 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts..

Psalms 19:7 “The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord Is sure, making wise the simple.

Acts 2:37-39 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart,and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Matthew 3:2 And saying, Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!

The Great Promise of God! He sees the Evil and the Good!

2 Chron. 16:9 The eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose heart is completely His Encouragement and strength!

The eyes of the Lord are in every place…… HE SEES THE EVIL AND THE GOOD!

The good deeds that we do Matt. 6:4,6,18 The Christian does his good deeds quietly, humbly….realizing that The Father who sees in secret will repay. Cf. Luke 18:9-14 God, be merciful to me, The sinner!

There is hope and protection for the Christian I will be with you… Matt. 28:18-20 Matt. 18:20 Heb. 13:5-6

God sees The Evil And The Good!

Consider: God sees every worship service you Attend…His record is kept without a Error! God sees every worship service you fail To attend when you could. Heb. 10:25

God hears every word that you speak! Cursing, profaning the name of God, Every ‘idle word’; words of gossip… Matt. 12:36-37 36 But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

Failure to do what you could! James 4: 17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

No Study; No Searching of God’s Word… “The eyes of the Lord are in every place, Beholding….. …2 Tim. 2:15 …John 5:39 …I John 4:1 “ Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.

Failing to Grow… Do you know more about God today than you did a year ago? A Direct Command! 2 Pet. 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. (Who? All Christians! ) To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.

Let us never forget: God’s eye is on the sparrow, and not a single hair of our head escapes His notice. (Matt. 10:28-29)! And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. 29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.

God’s Eyes are Watching YOU! And He can see, and know everything About you! That’s good, if you are serving Him faithfully…if not, you need to be!
