All the Lost What separates people in this world is not LOST and NOT-LOST But LOST and FOUND

All the Lost Question: Who do we pick? Who do we want to be on Jesus’ team?

All the Lost Our AttitudeThe Lie We Believe 1. They wouldn’t be interestedPeople in Quebec perceive the gospel as not responding to their soul’s needs 2. They don’t need JesusThey are good enough people OR their deep needs are being met through what society offers 3. They’re too far away from God, as evidenced by their lifestyle/values Lifestyle choices make some more sinful than others and therefore undesirous of God or undesired by God 4. The risk of rejection is not worth it because suffering is always to be avoided Comfort is always better than suffering

All the Lost Our AttitudeThe Lie We Believe 5. I’m not competent to share the gospelOnly experts should tell the lost about Jesus so that they can be found 6. I’m not called to share the gospelOnly some Christians need to tell the lost about Jesus so that they can be found

Our sinful views toward the other:  sticking to people who are like us through isolation or shallow engagement  pride/moral superiority  fear of awkwardness/discomfort The lie we believe about the other:  It’s better only to associate or enter into deep relationship with people who are of the same race, religion, social status, or sex as me  Being a Christian means I shouldn’t be friends with people whose lifestyles God doesn’t approve of  Awkward situations are uncomfortable so it’s okay if I avoid awkward or less socially capable people

All the Lost When we see these attitudes present individually and collectively, the appropriate action is to Repent And to Commit to seeking ALL the lost
