VC-C4 Web Camera  Officially using the Intel Web Camera Demonstration/Testing  Delay of scheduled system testing until client has time to oversea proceedings

LabVIEW 6.i  Completed Preliminary Design  Granted Client Approval  Front Panel Programming  Currently Troubleshooting  May Overshoot Deadline by a Couple of Days

Camera Mount  Modifications Complete  Decreased the size of the Advancing Handle  Mounting Screw Shortened  Second Functionality Test Complete  Order, Pick up, and Machine Support Poles  Need Performance Test  Camera Mount Weight Check  Modifications as Needed

Motor Controller  Measured Critical Velocities ( steps/sec)  Need to measure velocity conversion from steps/sec to meters/sec  Pending Completed assembly of Camera Mount with Poles

Conclusions  LabVIEW, LabVIEW, LabVIEW!!!  All Camera Mount Related Tasks scheduled to be Finished by February 9, 2001  New Weekly Client Meetings Instead of Bi-weekly  Evaluation of progress  Guidance to completion
