Table of Contents Turn to the first page of paper in your notebook. Write “Table of Contents on the top line. Turn the page. (so that you are writing on the back of this page.) Numbering the Pages Now you will number the pages of the notebook. The numbering will start AFTER the table of contents! Write “1” for page #1 on the top right hand corner of the sheet.
