Location Easy & quick access to central san Jose, close links to the main pistas connecting with the suburbs of San Jose.

Site Large area of relatively flat land with good transport links & close to wealthy suburbs of San Jose

Flat, even surfaces: good for the elderly, wheel chairs & parents with buggies Areas for relaxing & taking a break from shopping Climate control

Food court - allows people to have meals & spend longer In the mall ( & more money). Play areas for children. Yukids looks after children whilst Parents go off shopping Cinema complex attracts people for entertainment & in the evenings.
