Women’s Financial Statistics

On average, women spend 13 years less in the workforce compared to men. Women enter and leave the workforce for a variety of reasons including raising a family and caring for elderly parents or family members. On average, women spend 13 years less in the workforce compared to men. Women enter and leave the workforce for a variety of reasons including raising a family and caring for elderly parents or family members.
