Summary (1) The reason why family is so important : There is no foundation, no secure ground, upon which people may stand today if it isn’t the family. 3

Summary(2) The most important thing we get from family is ”LOVE. ” Love each other or perish. Without love, we are birds with broken wings. 4

Summary(3) Family can provide us with “ Spiritual security.” Your family will be there watching out for you at the whole time. Nothing else will give you that. Not money, not fame, not work. 5

Summary(4) The viewpoint on “having children” If you want the experience of having complete responsibility for another human being, and. to learn how to love and bond in the deepest way. I would not have missed that experience for anything, even though there is a painful price to pay: leaving them. 6

Self-reflection(1) Balance between work and family Both work and family are parts of our lives. Work enables us to achieve our goals, and family can support us to pursue our dreams without other concerns. 8

My brother did not want anyone of my family around. I dove into work. I work because I could control it. I work because work was sensible and responsive. Taking Mitch for example 9

Self-reflection(2) Whether we should have children Y : It’s a part of our lives to become a parent. Building a special relationship and having different type of love N : It costs much time, money, and efforts to bring up a child. Why should we waste our lives to raise a child but finally might not be paid off. 10
