FM6124-QG Summary Automatic Event Monitor Monitors 12 digital inputs Continuous monitoring for state changes Edge detection Micro Peripheral I2C interface to host MCU Reads external pins via serial interface Interrupt Output on Events Buffer full Event detection RTC Alarm Timestamp & Nonvolatile Storage Built-in real-time clock + Calendar RTC values available I2C Schedule / Event Records retained w/o a battery Up to 4000 Event Records Up to 24KB F-RAM for User Data

EDR Block of FM6124-G The FM-6124 is a F-RAM Based I2C interface Digital Event recorder provide for local area Event Monitoring.

Sharing the I2C Bus To sharing I2C bus through two address selection pins (A1, A0) allow user use 4- FM6124 devices to monitoring 12~48 digital input and can record up to events. When the User Data F-RAM is set to 0kb, the FM6124 will stop responding to F-RAM device ID, allowing to attach dedicated F-RAM memory on the I2C bus.

Target Applications for the Event Data Recorder Safety storage box or Cash box ON/OFF monitor Freezer temperature logging for food safety and bioscience event monitoring Automotive event recorder (vehicle performance) Pedestrian traffic counting & monitoring Industrial automation event recording Industrial process history monitoring (incl. before alarm, Maintenance scheduler) Power system management Environmental monitoring (Air filter, water desalination/filtering systems, etc) Medical use for patient activity monitoring Vehicle traffic counting Pets/Farm animal monitoring Passengers counting in Public traffic tools
