Reminder of the story so far Long sought-after by sector and motorists/consumer bodies Government condition of implementing the provisions of schedule 4 of the PoFA BPA Council view was to appoint one of the statutory appeal bodies London Councils appointed to deliver service from 1 st October 2012

Why Establish an IAS? Genuine redress for the motorist = credibility for the sector Conspicuous by its absence Keeper Liability won’t happen without it Helps with dispute resolution Helps with court registration
