1 ISTE Alignment The International Society for Technology in Education completed review of the Verizon Thinkfinity Integration Framework on June 12, 2009.International Society for Technology in Education ISTE determined that the program clearly supports implementation of the 2008 (refreshed) National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS-T)) in a specific, carefully reviewed and documented manner and prepares participants to substantially meet the following standards: 1a and 2a.National Educational Technology Standards for Teachers (NETS-T)

Teachers demonstrate introductory knowledge, skills, and understanding of concepts related to technology (as described in the ISTE National Educational Technology Standards for Students). II. Planning and Designing Learning Environments and Experiences Teachers plan and design effective learning environments and experiences supported by technology. A. Teachers design developmentally appropriate learning opportunities that apply technology-enhanced instructional strategies to support the diverse needs of learners
