SBS Magnet and Supports Magnet tests at 200A completed Modifications to allow beam-right configurations completed Yoke parts and racetrack coils in storage New Saddle Coil to arrive at Jlab in August 2015 Magnet Manifold parts to be ordered by September 2015 Counterweight Blocks and Support Weldment in storage Floor Plates designed and to be ordered by September 2015 Parts for lift and motion of support/magnet are 75% defined, some ordered by September 2015 Counterweight Weldment

Field Clamps Front Clamp Rear Clamp Front Clamp – in procurement, fabrication from existing Jlab plates, 4 pieces bolted together Rear Clamp – drawings being checked, fabrication from BNL provided plate, assemble in 2 pieces Field Clamp Supports – reusing BNL stand-off cylinders, need additional supports from top and side, drawings being checked

Pole Shims Pole shims are required in GEp configurations to increase field integral Design of shims is complete Delivery scheduled for November 2015 Installation device required to insert into Magnet gap Design of device is complete. To be procured in FY16

Shielded Beampipe Configurations of shielded beampipe have beam determined and analyzed. In process of drawing parts to have procurement awarded by September 2015 Configurations determined for all angles of each experiment Assembly mechanism determined, support mechanism being designed Tapered welded vacuum pipe flange connections 18 inner tapered half sections of magnetic shielding 68 outer tapered half rings of magnetic shielding

Corrector Magnets UpstreamDownstream Completed optimization of Correctors in Tosca for all angles of each experiment to minimize beamline field Corrector magnets are in procurement. Conductor has been purchased to provide to vendor in August 2015 Each corrector utilizes two power supplies to allow variation in current settings in coil as needed. Will use existing power supplies, received from Accelerator.
