CONVENTION ON LONG-RANGE TRANSBOUNDARY AIR POLLUTION

Ag and Nature Expert Panel  Ad hoc.  Responsible for relevant chapters in EMEP/CORINAIR Emission Inventory Guidebook.

Chapter 10  Cultures with Fertilizers.  NH 3, N 2 O and NO from crops and the application of mineral fertilizer and animal manures.  N 2 O from histosols.  Cultures without Fertilizers.  Emissions of NH3 from legumes and grazed grassland,  Emissions of N 2 O from N inputs to soils other than fertilizer (crop residues, grazing, atmospheric deposition, leaching).

Chapter 10 (cont)  Stubble Burning (NH 3 and NH 4 ).  Enteric Fermentation (CH 4 ).  Manure Management (C species).  CH 4.  non-methane volatile organic compounds.  Pesticides and Limestone (CO 2 ).

Chapter 10 (cont)  Manure Management (N species).  NH 3 from grazing, animal housing, storage and spreading of solid manure.  N 2 O, NO and N 2 from manure management.
