Worker Compensation Results When we measure average number of work-related incidents by quarter for a two year rolling period leading up to October each year we have seen a dramatic decrease in average number of work-related incidents. These results seem to indicate a positive trend beginning with the implementation of monthly safety topics Quarterly AverageChange % %

Workers Compensation Results By Type of Property Great Results Across the Board!!!!! Year Change Apartments % Commercial % Hotels %

Focus for the Next 12 Months Continue to work safely!  Your efforts have had a great impact on the overall program including employee safety and morale as well as insurance premiums Continue to pay attention to what you are doing, how you are doing it, your surroundings and other employees

General Liability Remember, General Liability incidents are incidents that happen to outside parties; such as guests, tenants and/or visitors. These can be anything from  slip and fall  an assault  fall down stairs  to theft, etc.

General Liability Results When we measure average number of liability incidents by quarter for a two year rolling period leading up to October each year we have not seen much of an impact. Following last year’s report of results, I challenged you to take a good hard look at practices and procedures and make the effort to help reduce exposure to our guests, clients, and residents. It appears that your efforts are beginning to pay off. Great Job!!!!!! Quarterly AverageChange % %

General Liability – Type of Incidents In reviewing the total incidents, the following types of incidents continue to be the most common  Premise Liability %23.12 %  Auto Related %20.60 %  Falls on Property %12.10 %  Slips and Falls %10.57 % * Premise liability is a miscellaneous category for incidents that are not otherwise specifically categorized. Auto Related usually has to do with vehicle damage, break-ins, vandalism, etc.

Focus for the Next 12 Months General Liability  Duty – we have a duty to provide a reasonably safe and secure environment  Please take time to evaluate your area for possible improvements. We all get in to a habit of getting from point A to B and rarely take the time to really view our surroundings with an eye towards improvement. SLOW DOWN - Take the time to look are your areas with a critical eye for improvement.

Focus for the Next 12 Months General Liability (cont.)  Your efforts greatly impact how your property is seen by the general public. Is it:  Clean,  Safe,  A place where you would feel safe having your kids play? If not then what can you do to help?

Focus for the Next 12 Months General Liability (cont.)  During the next 12 months, you will continue to see a greater emphasis on General Liability hazards

Thanks Your safety and the safety of your guests and tenants is of great importance to management Since you are on the front line, you can have the greatest impact on everyone’s well being! Thanks again for all your efforts
