S.A.R.I.E Proposal By: Tanner Getschel

Situation We need to expand our staff, the company is too small as is We need to buy and new place to house tires and equipment We need to adverse our new company to get the new name out there We are a company that donates new tires to people that are poor that cannot afford car tires.

Action Here we have a range of options to get a new complex to house our tires and materials to fix the problem. We will also buy a nice sized building to store tires that are dropped off. We can also increase our staff, if we buy out the old Walmart we will be able to have people work there and at the Canada Tire headquarters. We also need better advertisement to advertise our new company, so what we will do is make a short advertisement video for playing at fundraisers.

Recommendations We have a range of options to get a new complex to house our tires and materials to fix the problem. We will buy a building that has plenty of space to store our tires and equipment. The company suggest we buy a old abandoned Walmart or supermarket We can also increase our staff, if we buy out the old Walmart we will be able to have people work there and at the Canada Tire headquarters. We also need better advertisement to adverse our company to sell and get rid of the tires

Implementations In my implementations I will explain how Canada Tire’s will spend the money raised. First we will buy the old abandoned Walmart off of main St. and use it to house our tires and equipment Second order of business is to increase staff so we can sell more tires if we sell more tires we will become a bigger company and people will start to figure out who we actually are. The last thing that we need to do is advertisement. We need advertisement to get our name out there so people know who we are and where we are. Without advertisement we will not last long at all.

Evaluation These new improvements are what we need to do to grow as a new company. We hope to give tires to the poor people that cannot afford new tires.

Newest Sponsor Deal 5 days ago we made a deal with rides for hope that they would get specially made snowmobile ski tires for their snowmobiles for in the summer and in return we would get advertisements on all of their brochures, websites, and videos. Canada tire will receive $25,000 in return
