Stanley Stanley is a quiet boy with no friends and he sticks out at school

Then Stanley is accused of stealing a pair of shoes that Clyde Livingston wore from a homeless shelter.

Stanley is sent to Camp Green Lake, a camp for troubled boys…

where they dig holes, 6 feet deep and 6 feet wide.

There, he meets some friends,

and one special kid named Zero.

One day when he was digging, he finds a gold tube.

Then he turns it in to the Warden, who seems very interested in the tube.
