Ambulatory Committee Working with leaders from large healthcare enterprises, small physician offices and the military health system, plus consulting and vendor communities, the Ambulatory Information Systems Steering Committee expands HIMSS’ ability to increase the quality and cost-effectiveness of patient care by removing barriers to IT adoption, and increasing the use of EHRs and Business Systems Integration in physician offices and outpatient care settings.
