WALKING IN GRACE: A BRAND NEW YOU!

Humanism is the worst heresy in the present day church.

To show grace is to extend favor or kindness to one who doesn’t deserve it, who can never earn it and who can never repay it.

There is nothing you can do to make God love you less and nothing you can do to make God love you more.

“Without faith it is impossible to please God.”

Is your walk of discipleship made up of you trying to do things for Christ?

or in allowing Christ to do things IN and THROUGH you?

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

To be in Jesus is not only an outward profession, but also an inward change of heart and indwelling of His Holy Spirit.

"Depart from me, I do not know you, you workers of iniquity."

Do you feel that God accepts you as you are?

In our society we have been programmed to believe that identity is INSEPARABLE from behavior.

But God determines identity by BIRTH.

You now have a spirit that is alive.

“For in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’” (Acts 17:28)

Old things are passed away

Regenerating grace creates a new creation.

new life

new senses

new affections

new appetites

new ideas

new opinions

new pleasures

new desires

Not improved but brand new

Not a new version of older model but a brand new model

Not turning over a new leaf but starting a brand new life

Family traits:

You are a saint.

Family traits: You are God’s work of art.

Family traits: You are righteous.

Family traits: You are fully accepted by God.

You are a new creation with the opportunity to live a godly life that is pleasing to the Lord.

It’s in your nature to do that.

Let His Spirit work IN and THROUGH you to accomplish this.
