 Theres this man named duke and he owns a barber shop. He lives in Harlem New York and helps kids who have are troublemakers get their lives straight. He has made a deal with these two kids who have gotten in trouble. The deal is if they work at his barbershop until they graduate he will pay for two years of their college. The kids were sent their by the judge so that duke could turn them into better kids and teach them how to become a man.

 The judge let them work at dukes but if they didn’t go to work everyday then duke could tell the judge and they would be sent to a juvenile facility. There are the two men who are always hanging out at the barbershop. Their names are cap and Mr. M. They both helped the two guys get smarter everyday they were in there. They would both sit in the barbershop everyday and gossip about people they knew and everyone that walked in the barbershop. If someone that walked in and looked like they were having a tough life or were doing things they werent they would teach the boys how not to end up that way in the future.

 I give this book a 3 out 4 rating. It was a pretty good book.
