Mirror – one of you wrote  I realized Mirror needs attention  Felt a sense of accomplishment after the mirror was cleaned and shining  Felt an environment of positive energy in my room – Spark  I began with a “hello” to myself  Realized I need to take care of my health  Initially I felt awkward to look at myself in the eyes  Then I felt the need to smile and carry a relaxed posture  I began appreciating myself  I made funny faces and wanted to see how I look – that made me smile and began to laugh more  It was a wonderful exercise to know myself more  I said Thanks to the mirror
