DNF Denmead Neighbourhood Forum The story so far: An application to be a Front Runner group Supported by Winchester City Council Approved by Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) in the ‘fourth wave’ of Community Groups preparing a Neighbourhood Plan – one of 126 in England on 31 st August 2011

WCC has a £20,000 grant from DCLG to help them (and us!) gain insight into the provisions of the Government’s new Localism Bill – how Neighbourhood Plans will work For DCLG, our feedback will improve the detail of the legislation as it is prepared
