YOUR GRADE LEVEL GOAL: Grades 2-6: To make a grade level post on the blog that explains how your grade level will reach their SMART GOAL. Grades K-1: To make a grade level post on the blog that explains how your grade level will move more kids to proficiency. You have time this Wednesday to write your post together and post it on the blog.

What is the data telling you? What do you notice about our DAIT goal and our reality? The DAIT goal is the goal we must reach to get out of program improvement. What do you notice about your grade level data? How is your team doing in terms of reaching their goal?

TO REACH OUR GOAL WE HAVE TO: ELA GOAL WHAT WE NEED TO DO: 2 nd : 60%: We need to move 5 more kids. 3 rd : 58%: We need to move 15 more kids. 4 th : 30%: We exceeded our goal. Who else can we move? 5 th : 44% We need to move 15 more kids. 6 th : 61% We need to move 10 more kids. How can we ensure that we reach our goal so we can move out of Program Improvement? The kids you select should be primarily ELL’s.
