 The students will understand and recognize the different historical landmarks in New York City.  The students will identify New York and New York City on a map.  The students will demonstrate their understanding by continuing research of a historical landmark in New York City and constructing a pamphlet.

Click on the “Big Apple” in order to discover more information. Click on the taxi to continue your tour of New York City. Make sure you take notes in your journal about each historical landmark.
