IEP Process Timelines There are specific timelines related to: 7/9/2015 IEP Process Timelines There are specific timelines related to: Review of existing data and consent for additional assessment (if needed) Eligibility decisions IEP development following evaluation IEP review and revision Other matters must be “timely” addressed Parents have the right to written notice Notice ALWAYS before Action August 2015 WI DPI
