Goal  to research the scientific publication productivity of the Information Sciences’ Doctors in Croatia  2nd of April - the beginning of CROSBI base research  15th of May - complete base with authors and papers

 Project CROSBI started in 1997  Built by authors themselves  CROSBI currently contains data for: ◦ 190,000 scientific and proffesional papers ◦ 4,000 in extenso papers CROSBICROSBI- Human Sciences 106 doctors Information Sciences Total248,39940,2192,4061,690

 Accuracy of data in CROSBI base  Incomplete data  Database contains only those scientific papers, which were made as parts of projects financed by Ministry of Science of the Republic of Croatia

 The analysis showed that 21% of Information Sciences’ Doctors are not scientifically active.  The first paper that analyzes research activities of one part of the scientific community, that is, published researches of Information Sciences’ Doctors that are financed by the Ministry of Science of the Republic of Croatia.
