His Children’s books have also been the subject of great debate with others stating that his books “Yertle the Turtle”, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas”, and “The Lorax” contain social and political themes that the author intentionally put in his books. He was awarded two Academy Awards, two Emmys, a Peabody and a Pulitzer.
