SDC Update – June 2012 Investment Plans submitted to OCIO for approval – Core Network – Firewall – Storage OB2 Heat Reduction project – Data collection complete from 24 agencies – Data being entered into database for analysis – Final report to be produced before August

SDC Update – June 2012 SDC Facilities – Some security administration staff moved to the SDC – Work beginning to relocate security office and install access control devices – Secure shipping and receiving area complete – Begin procurement of cable documentation system – Begin installation of Tech Lab enclosures and benches Network Core project – Resume work with vendor to implement core network equipment (once investment plan is approved)

SDC Update – June 2012 Firewall project – Complete acquisition and delivery of equipment (once investment plan is approved) Storage project – Developed design and installation options – Revised investment plan and RFQQ – Will finalize and release RFQQ once we have signed investment plan

SDC Update – June 2012 Move WSP to SDC – Working with WSP to design initial phase and identify equipment needs – Tentative agreement that SDC security is adequate and no cages are required CTS Move from OB2 to SDC (Phase 1) Refining schedule and dependencies Begin risk assessment Draft investment plan
