Find a Staff / Student Link  If a student set up the team, ask for a member of staff for contact  Vice versa for staff. Not compulsory but the most successful teams have had both staff and students

Build the rest of the team  Hold a sign-up meeting  Make sure that all year groups are free when you have this meeting  Book out a room  Have information available because people will have questions!

Meeting  Decide who will do each task  Think about anything that needs to be specifically addressed in the department
