The task of hygienic science  The main objective of the sanitary science is the study of the influence of various environmental factors on exercise. It is based on the data obtained in the studies developed hygienic rules, regulations, organized activities aimed at promoting health, improving performance of athletes and athletes, as well as to create optimal conditions for the implementation of the most effective process of physical education and sports training.  The results of research conducted within the framework of this research direction and practical experience allowed us to formulate the following basic hygiene requirements that must be fulfilled in the organization of exercise:

Basic hygiene rules:  Hygienically valid state places where classes are organized;  Adequate, serviceable and dedicated equipment and sports equipment;  Compliance with the rules dealing with personal hygiene;  Compliance with the weather basic hygiene requirements (temperature, humidity, wind, precipitation, etc..);  Consideration of environmental conditions in the area a place of exercise (not to take classes near landfills, sewage treatment plants, environmentally hazardous industries);  Availability of appropriate working conditions of employment of special sports clothing and footwear;  The adoption of water treatments after physical exercise.

Rooms conditions  Exercise only in specially designated areas. You can not engage in the dusty areas, near the contaminated areas. Special sports and sports facilities should always be clean and well ventilated. Floors in them after each session should be cleaned with a damp cloth. The temperature in these areas must comply with hygiene requirements.

Personal Care  It is imperative before school, in the classroom and after them to observe good personal hygiene. Classes or competition should come with a well-washed the body and legs. Especially stringent requirements in this regard are presented in the organization of training combat sports and swimming.  In sports halls should be dealt with in shorts and T-shirts. In this form it is most convenient to engage and outdoors under favorable weather conditions and a temperature of not lower than 17 degrees. In cold weather it is necessary to wear a tracksuit. For winter sports should be used special clothing and footwear (ski suit, skiing, skating shoes, etc.). And summer and winter sports shoes definitely special dress to wear in summer it is desirable that they should be simple, cotton and winter - wool.

 Sports clothing and footwear should always be kept clean and tidy. They need to be regularly, more often than casual clothes and shoes, wash and clean. They should be worn only for physical exercise and participation in competitions. Unacceptable sportswear and shoes to use as an everyday.  Engage only on the healthy sports equipment, sports equipment, sports equipment using defective.
