Kids love video games!  Why not incorporate video games into Physical Education classes?  Many students have these game systems at home but play non-physical games.  Introduce these games to PE classes and it will change the students minds!

Benefits  Everyone is engaged  Teaches fundamentals  Proper Stretching  Games offer strength training, balance games and aerobic  Can track their progress  FUN!
