Scenario Down East Spud Buster is a cooperative conglomerate of potato growers in Eastern Canada and Northern Maine. Involved in collection, processing and distribution of potatoes and potato products. In company potatoes were washed weighed and graded, bagged and distributed.

Strategic Plans of the Company In first phase: Company built large manufacturing plant. Now company is looking forward to use divisional organizational structure. The corporate group figures that it can triple sales revenue from existing yield of potatoes.

Strategic Plans of the Company In second phase: Nation wide sales and distribution program. Bring expansion by distributing and selling product mainly to the super market chains, smaller retail grocers, major hotels chains and governmental kitchen or school institution kitchens.

Strategic Plans of the Company In third phase: Plans to hire sales associate who will work individually out of their own homes in strategic locations through out the United states. Sales associate will be assigned to specific territories to meet /exceed specific quotas of each product. In final phase: Future plan to build second manufacturing plant in Idaho.
