Prospects Mixed picture of income: falling income experienced by all size organisations, but middle sized most affected; future expectations mixed too Contracting: only 15% are delivering contracts – larger organisations; many organisations not interested in contracting Contribution: volunteering and smaller volunteer run organisations tend to be in more rural areas Running on empty?
