 Group Exploration: With a small group make a information poster that includes the following information about your colony. Write your assigned colony on your hand out: Jamestown, Plymouth, Massachusetts Bay, New York and New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, Virginia, Maryland, Colonies in the Carolinas and Georgia.

1. Name of the colony? 2. Year established? 3. Where were the settlers from? 4. Current geographic description. 5. Why did they leave their country of origin? 6. How successful was the colony? Did they have any difficulties? 7. What did they do? (How did they make money, how did they live?) 8. Any other interesting facts or specifics about your colony.
