Why a Self Study Guide? Designed to provide pharmacy schools with guidance for conducting the institutional Self Study, for purposes of accreditation by Sudan Medical Council

What is it? Phase of accreditation process in which the pharmacy school collects and review data about the school and its educational programme Strengths and weaknesses will be identified It is a self evaluation process.

Steps for conducting the self study Establish a self study committee Agree on the organisation structure and the time plan for the committee Advocate for the self study and involve staff, students and partners Collection and analysis of data and supporting documents Development of the Self Study Report
