Enhancing Programs for IT Certification (EPIC) Workforce and Employer Leadership Council (WELC)

WELC MEMBERSHIP 7-10 CIT/MIT professionals from business and industry (at least 1 from each Consortium college) Four-year college partner Faculty WIB representative National Partners (AHIMA, JFF, CCRC) Consortium College Staff System Office Staff

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide feedback, input, and advise Identify and map skills Review and develop curriculum Validate competencies Continuously share updated technical skill needs

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide feedback, input, and advise Project goals and direction, serve as a guide Request items placed on agenda Give feedback and input on performance (in- person/ /online) Advise on progress Program status reports

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and map skills Assist in the development of career maps Review careers and path to career Identify careers in related target areas Review and develop curriculum Review program curriculum and that content is up-to- date Identify gaps in curriculum Assist in direction of development of new curriculum for any gaps
