What is TRL ? TRL is a scale to sort a technology in level of « achievement » or readiness TRL was created by NASA in the 80’s to help the decision makers in a common understanding of the level of maturity of a technology TRL is largely used in space and aeronautic sectors but also in other industry such as oil industry TRL is also used as reference for public funding, by instance Canadian government TRL moved also for manufacturing readiness level (MRL 11/06/2014Topos proposal done by JPhM2
