 Built environments are environments that humans make and can change.  Natural environments are environments that humans do not make.  What are some natural environments?

Chichen Itza  Located in Mexico.  Remains of the Mayan civilization who lived around AD.  The site is made of hundreds of paved roads and dozens of stone buildings.

Christ The Redeemer Quick Facts:  Located in Tijuca Forest National Park in Rio de Jeniero, Brazil.  It stands atop Corcovado mountain.  The tallest part stands at 130 feet tall (30m)  The statue is made of reinforced concrete and soapstone.  Construction took place from 1922 to 1931.
