Second life of rubbish

Rubbish is big problem! In our life rubbish play bed role, because pollutes the air, and introduce other effects, which exert awfully impact of our health. And recycling waste came to the help! Processing of municipal solid waste in recent years has become more promising business. Where is the best place for such a business? Of course, close to the source of waste, rather landfill. What is contained in the average bin? Half of the contents - are polymers: polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polypropylene. Another quarter - food waste. Up to 10% - paper and cardboard. The remaining % - is rubber, metal, textile.

Recycling construction waste Construction waste is subject to start sorting. It may comprise a concrete, brick, wood and metal. The task of processing of concrete is reduced to its crushing parallel extraction of metal particles. The process takes place in several stages: Milling large parts, for example using a hydraulic hammer. Crushing. Removing metal. Sort particle size in the din. The result of such recovery is a secondary rubble.

Processing of glass Custom and broken bottles, which should recover in a landfill, and the marriage of glass production and can be processed with a good profit for themselves, and to organize the business of processing glass. How to prepare a glass battle for recycling? It must be clean, chop with a special installation. Modern systems for processing glass is melted and refined mass is filtered. The resulting raw materials are used not only in the production of glass products, but also in many industries: abrasive, ceramic products, insulation, tiles and bricks.

technology for processing waste paper Simple technology for processing waste paper made up of: dissolution of the paper in the water. delete all the foreign objects. in the case of recycling cardboard - thermomechanical treatment fine purification of the mixture. Filtering through a sieve. Recycled paper 75% of the production goes to the packaging cardboard and toilet paper.

Quick plastic processing technology Quick plastic processing technology: Preliminary stage: sorting by color, removing labels, dirt and foreign objects, pressing raw materials. On the line: crushing, processing in the boiler, where the remains of dirt removed, rinsing and polishing

Picture from rubbish Environmental pollution is already giving their echoes! Currently, there are various companies involved in waste and recycling. They create cheap stuff from rubbish. One of the first companies is Terracycle- produces about 60 kinds of products of one of them are different tools for cleaning the windows. The company was established in 2001 and since then its development is gaining momentum, as is currently the topic is very relevant in the world! Rubbish turn into very interesting picture. Oni bear for a meaning, while keeping images that are familiar to us from childhood.... Artist these paintings a true master of the Frenchman Bernard Pras.

My poem about rubbish I often people recycling wish All used things rather rubbish. Always open new idea That nature was pure near. Recycling paper, plastic, glass. Remember that it benefits us. Desire, fantasy, creative slant Lot of us possibilities grant. Make wonderful from demurrage And open in art new page!
