ARTICLE 51 - SEXUAL HARASSMENT 51.01The Government of the Northwest Territories is committed to promoting a work environment, which is free from sexual harassment. Every employee has the right to freedom from harassment in the workplace because of sex by his/her Employer or agent of the Employer or by another employee The Government of the Northwest Territories is committed to promoting a work environment, which is free from sexual harassment.
