Environmental Services Division Programmatic Services: Includes policy development, training, self assessments, environmental management system, and environmental performance track. Environmental Compliance: Includes hazardous waste, storm water, industrial wastewater, air quality, above ground storage tanks, SPCC, PCBs, hazardous materials management, and emergency response. Environmental Services Division Collaborative Elements Collaborative Elements –Training »Safety contract will manage the training program, including the database, course catalogue, and training equipment and rooms »Environmental contract will prepare and deliver environmental training classes, and track compliance –Emergency Response »Both contracts are responsible for providing members to the joint 24- hour response team, and for providing technical expertise per their SOR –Computer Services »Initially the Safety contract will provide these services »If needed, a task for additional services would be issued to the Environmental contract Contractor is expected to work collaboratively.

Environmental Services Division Customers NASA Ames Research Center Contractor provides all environmental services as SOR baseline requirements. NASA Research Park Partners and Eastside/Airfield Resident Agencies. Contractor provides sitewide environmental services as SOR baseline requirements. Includes storm water management plan, industrial wastewater permit, SPCC, hazardous waste biennial report, oversight of Navy’s remediation program, endangered species management, etc. Contractor provides hazardous waste management and emergency spill response as additional requirements. Partners and resident agencies may request other environmental services as additional requirements.

Environmental Services Division Navy is conducting the soil and groundwater remediation at former Naval Air Station Moffett Field superfund site. MEW (Middle Field-Ellis-Whisman) companies also conducting groundwater remediation on Moffett Field North of Highway 101. Conflict of Interest Clause: The Contractor shall not, during performance of the contract and for a period of three years following completion of The Contractor shall not, during performance of the contract and for a period of three years following completion of performance thereof, engage in the following activities: remedial investigations, risk assessments, or feasibility studies for the Navy at Moffett Field or for any of the Potentially Responsible Parties (PRPs) to the Middlefield-Ellis- Whisman (MEW) Superfund sites, except to the extent required in the performance of this contract according to its terms. This requirement also applies to any subcontractors.

Environmental Services Division Crows Landing Flight Facility: Located in Stanislaus County Contractor provides minimal level of hazardous waste management, drinking water program, and other services as required as SOR baseline requirements. Navy is conducting the soil and groundwater remediation. NASA is in the process of excessing Crows Landing. NASA Headquarters, other NASA Centers, other locations: As directed.
