SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: 1.The exam is 1.5 hours in duration. 2.Answers for Matching, True/False, and Multiple Choice must be filled in on the separate Answer Sheet at the back of the exam. 3.Complete answers are required for Part D (short answer questions). Use the GRASS method to answer mathematical calculation questions. 4.A periodic table and formula sheet will be provided. Do not write on this sheet.

STUDENTS SHOULD BRING INTO THE EXAM: Calculator (scientific, but not programmable, and may not be shared). Pens, Pencils, eraser, hi-lighters, ruler. Your pre-approved cheat sheet!
