 WisDOT’s Lane Closure System (WisLCS)  Populates WisDOT’s 511 System  Gives public travel-related information:  Construction, maintenance, and utility projects  Highway incidents  Crashes, flooding, winter road conditions, etc.  OSOW load routing  Tool to coordinate work zones on our transportation system and analyze traveler delay 3

 WisDOT will be putting on LCS training  To occur late March to early April  Intended for new users to WisLCS  Attendees need to have an account set up on the Lane Closure System prior to the class 6

 Priority Routes in the North Central Region  I-39/US 51, WIS 29, US 10, Bus 51  WisDOT RTEs will recommend approval  Note: Press release required  Non-Priority Routes  WisDOT Project Leaders and Coordinators will approve 7
