The next topic in acquiring skills of physiological culture is How to use sitting in a car to achieve a state of continuous health We should admit that manufacturers of cars didn’t take into account the fact that the spine with its bends functions as a big spring, thus rescuing your head from vibrations of the planet and vibrations of a car. Also they didn’t account for the fact that the spine’s muscles of Homo sapiens that is in the state of mobile verticality fulfill the main program of protection of a person, which is to hold the spine vertically raising substantial weight of the head (approx. 4,5 kg!), weight of the shoulder girdle, arms, ribs and organs...

Below is a very important message both for you and for the whole mankind! «The spine’s muscles’ feeling of the weight of upper parts of the organism and the head initiates their normal work to build such an architectonics and graphics of the spine to ensure protection of the head and organs from vibration strikes of the planet. Attention! This law of sensphysiology is applicable to all osteopathic events: scoliosis, osteochondrosis and other similar problems. The spine MUSTN’T be limp … Because the Earth is a geoid (pear-shaped) and simultaneously is a fluid object with a thin peel of “cinder”, which we commonly call Earth crust and which we walk on, maintaining verticality of the body,

Spinning around its axis and around the Sun creates vibrations of big amplitudes. When moving, a wheel of a car vibrates similarly. The function of the spine of a Vertical person and this is set up in its functional program is to ensure UNIFORMITY of load impacts as well as to take architectonics of the spine and the body to such parameters so that these loads created by the planet’s vibrations go around vital organs. The spinning planet vibrates similarly to a car’s wheel

Obviously, when you travel in a car impacts on the brain and organs created by vehicle’s movement are added to vibrations of the Earth crust. And since car seats are manufactured for reclined sitting then the function to protect vital organs from loads, vibrations and impacts is transferred to the thoracic spine or sometimes to other even smaller zones of the spine. And according to the program of the construction of a person’s organism as a mobile vertical system they are not intended for this important role and for this job! That’s why they are not capable of doing it instead of the whole spine!…

After investigation of this sad fact and cheerless conclusions of sensphysiology, which are similar to those of a driver’s organism (or a passenger), these functions UNUSUAL for a separate part of the spine lead to diseases either of the spine itself or vital organs that it didn’t rescue from vibrations. To renovate continuous health of both the spine and the whole organism I offer a simple method to return a chance to fulfill this role to the spine and its muscles – PROTECTORS OF INTELLECT AND ORGANS FROM SUBNORMAL VIBRATION. “Vibrations are different”, - the brain says

You should sit in a car so that the weight of your body was concentrated not on the tail bone as it is now, not on the seat itself (in the latter case the spine is breaking in the lumbar spine, but so that the tail bone and the sacrum were raised to lean against the back of the seat. This is incorrect This is correct The spine is breaking in lumbar spine Harmful support

Then all the spine’s muscles and the spine itself will automatically occupy physiologically normal position (according to the protection program) and will start doing their job to ensure protection of Homo sapiens from vibrations of the planet and a car.

How can you check if you sit correctly in a car and how to understand whether your spine and its muscles are working as a protective system? This is easy! If you’re really (and enough) leaning the tail bone against the back of a seat, you’ll notice that your body neither slips nor falls back on the seat. This proves the programmed tension of internal and external muscles of the spine. In addition, you’ll notice that the spine itself will automatically take a posture of stable verticality. Due to implementation of sensphysiological sitting in a car physiological curves of the spine will develop themselves. And you’ll need to apply additional forces to make your spine touch the back of the seat. Of course you remember the law of physiological culture that Homo sensus doesn’t allow himself/herself to touch the back of the seat, arm-chair or chair!

Because this state is written in its cells and the cells of its muscles on the genetic level. That’s why when a car moves, all its part will be springy (and not just its separate zones). When you comprehend the process, you’ll become a whole oscillating system both with your car and with the Planet! The spine will now raise and hold the head (4.5 kg) on the top itself, calculating constantly the range of necessity for protection of vibrations … (Vibratory security). This is what your spine needed to restore a state of continuous health of your organism.

Because intervertebral discs, which “jump out often” are “jumping out” because they absorb a total vibration load, when you reduce a vertical load on the spine (by the weight of the top part of the body). «Relaxation is deathly dangerous for the spine of Homo sapiens» The law of sensphysiology With this sitting in a car there will be no load impacts on both vital organs and separate parts of the spine that were doing unusual job …

A Homo senses needs to account for the fact that according to the data of sensphysiology and ergonomics of the spine, intravertebral cartilages are adapted only to slight vibrations, e.g. noise, wind direction changes, sounds of speech, animal screams etc

Another investigation of sensphysiology: If your leg needed involvement of other muscles (especially those of the back) to push the clutch or accelerator pedal, with functional (sensphysiological) sitting, when the tail bone and sacrum zones are supported by the back of the seat, it is only the muscles of the leg that are involved! The tiredness and constraint that all the drivers feel even after a short trip (and even pains) will disappear. Because the work of leg’s muscles to hold the accelerator pedal is not comparable with the work of muscles of the whole organism! And you’ll get out of the car (even after hundreds of kilometers) … as if you were not driving at all. You’ll feel fresh and active in the state of continuous health. NORM

And you’ll get out of the car (even after hundreds of kilometers) … as if you were not driving at all. You’ll feel fresh and active in the state of continuous health....and those that experienced problems with the spine or radiculitis will be amazed that those problems disappeared themselves.
