Hong Kong  The best place for China and other Eastern Asia country  the best alternative place to avoid such restriction with no network latency  The Hong Kong network facilities have no real difference comparing to US What about Hong Kong

Vietnam  If target only Vietnam market => best choice  Lagging for users outside Vietnam  Not for long-term
