TURBINE COOLER MAJOR ASSY TURBINE DISC

TURBINE DISC IS PART OF THE TURBO COOLER WHICH REDUCES THE TEMPERATURE OF HOT AIR FROM 90±5ºC TO 2ºC MAX INLET AIR PRESSURE 6.5 KG/CM² MAX AIR FLOW 600 KG/HR ROTATIONAL SPEED 59,000 RPM OUTLET AIR PRESSURE 1.15±0.02 KG/CM²

 THE DISC IS MADE OF ALUMINUM ALLOY CASTING (AK-4)  FAILURE OF THE DISC WILL CAUSE FAILURE OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM  REASONS OF FAILURE ARE LACK OF LUBRICATION IMPROPER BALANCING

ITEM IS COMPLEX IN DESIGN,CRITICAL IN FUNCTION AND IS TO BE MADE BY CASTING METHOD. THE REQUIREMENT FOR FIVE YEARS IS 95.
