Problem of the Week Problem of the Week: January 23 rd -27 th K/1 Ellen is selling goldfish. She started with ten goldfish. She sold three to Paul, two to Mary and four to Nicole. How many goldfish are left? 1 goldfish was left. Who has the most goldfish? Nicole has the most goldfish. Who has the least? Ellen has the least (would also accept Mary). 2/3 William has 99 red marbles, 63 green marbles, 87 blue marbles, 69 purple marbles and 93 yellow marbles. If he share equally with two friends, how many of each color will the three boys receive? The three boys each received 33 red, 21 green, 23 purple, 31 yellow, 29 blue marbles. 4/5 To encourage Bobby to work his math problems correctly, his dad said he would pay him 10¢ for each correct answer and fine him 5¢ for each incorrect answer. If he received a dime after doing 25 problems, how many did Bobby get right? Bobby got 9 problems correct.
