When people think of factories, what do they think of? They think of clouds of dirty smoke or of pipes pouring waste into rivers.

Many factories and industries control the amount of pollution they produce and are very careful to spend money repairing any damage they cause. How can a healthy environment and development be possible at the same time?

If we cut back on the quantity of things, jobs will be lost. People are more important than fish and trees. Why does Mr. Qian Liwei disagree with Ms. Lin Shuiqing?

We should produce more things from materials that have been recycled, and less from raw materials. Instead of reducing the quantity of the things,what should we do ?
