1.Place the Slide on the Microscope 2.Find object with the lowest setting – scanning objective (40X) 3.Use the Coarse Focus

4.Turn objective to low power (100X) 5.Use Coarse Focus, then Fine focus 6.Turn objective to high power (400 X) 7.Use Fine Focus ONLY
